Gift vouchers

1. A gift coupon (s) confirms the right of a gift coupon holder to use the services for the amount stated on the coupon (s).
2. Holders of the gift coupon (s) "2in1" can use the recommended services OR other services of Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA UAB provided at Vilniaus ave. 13. Holders of the gift coupon (s) for value can use services of Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA UAB provided at Nemunas road 2.
3. If the chosen service price exceeds the value of the gift coupon (s), the difference can be paid in cash / by card.
4. The gift coupon (s) is not exchangeable with cash.
5. If the gift coupon holder purchases services for less than the amount stated on the gift coupon (s), the remaining amount will not be refunded to the gift coupon holder.
6. The gift coupon (s) is  valid for 12 months from the date of purchase on all days. The gift coupon can be extended once for 1 month during its validity period.
7. If the gift coupon (s) has not been used during its validity period, it will then be considered as invalid.
8. No VAT invoice will be issued to the holder of the gift coupon (s) paying with the gift coupon (s). VAT Invoice shall be issued to a natural or legal person purchasing it after the gift coupon expires or after the services are rendered.

• Information from medical documents (Form No. 025/a –only for visitors in Druskininkai sanatorium)
• Information about provided wellness services – extract from medical documents (Form No. 027/a - only for visitors in Druskininkai sanatorium)
• Retiree ID card number;
• ID document number (only for hotel guests);
• Vehicle registration number (only for hotel guests).

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

• Client identification in booking and providing services;
• Client communication and information delivery;
• Giving discounts, special offers and promotions;
• Delivering (by e-mail or post): ordered services, gift vouchers, confirmations for accommodation services reservations, invoices, your lost items, your prizes;
• Ensuring safety of clients and their personal items.

4.1 In cases when we collect personal data, it is processed and stored only as long as it is necessary for the purpose that it is intended to be used.
